It is not about product. It is about lowes service. It shipped me an open box one with broken grate and lots of scratches on top of cooktop. I have to call service desk to exchange product again. Waste of time and effort.

Unit arrived with stains
Item was delivered by Lowes. A few days later I open the box to install and the "metal" part where the grates sit has many stains that cannot be removed. Quality is close to 0. Now I have to haul this thing to the store. Very disappointing.

I got the gas stove top today. It was magnificent. It fit in the place that it needed to very easy to use. Great instructions cooks magnificent so glad I purchased this. If anyone decide to get a stove top this is the one to get.

Installation instructions are not applicable.
"interesting" hold down clamp design that does not work. Seals shown in installation instructions were not included so I cleaned up the old ones & reused. Pressure regulator is not adjustable as implied in the installation instructions.

Electrolux is loosing it.
Product is missing the seals as shown in Fig 6. I reused the old seals. The hold down clamp as designed and documented cannot work due to fundamental engineering error. I modified both of them and they work perfect. 18,000 Btu/Hr burner needs a smaller orifice because the regulator cannot be adjusted! Swed's are supposed to be better than this. Frigidaire was to send out a service tech but they never showed or called.

Grate rubber feet
I gave only three stars because I am still in shock that one of my cooktop grates came without a rubber feet and when I called for a replacement it was denied. She wanted me to buy a new grate. Unbelievable. Very unhappy with this company. What I want it was a simple rubber feet.

Grates are awful.
Burners are great but the grates are not practical at all. They are too tall and for something that you need to clean under after use, uncommonly heavy. If it was not already installed, I would return it.
