let me start out by saying Lowes has been amazing dealing with this issue. We ordered it months ago, withdelivery, but since we were still under construction, we didnt unbox it. when we did, we found pretty severe damage in the back right corner, like it had been dropped. the box was perfect, and the metal corner protectors were perfect, so this was done at the factory. Lowes brought us a new one (quite a drive to the mountains) and again, this one was damaged, but not so bad. It was on the sid...

One control for temp top and bottom means freezer is melting or fridge is frozen. Ice in fridge eventually cracked the back plastic, which led to leaking water into the fridge from the cooling. Cute, but a waste of money.
icing issue - you got what you paid for
Poor Quality. You have to increase the temperature if you want to make ice, then turn it back down again. ice droplets have already appeared at the back of the fridge on the second day. ice is already forming on the walls of the freezer on the third day.
