I recently upgraded to the 1.8 Cu. Ft. Over-The-Range Microwave, and overall, it's been a solid addition to my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the 1.8 Cu. Ft. Over-The-Range Microwave, and overall, it's been a solid addition to my kitchen. Pros: Generous Capacity: The 1.8 cubic feet of interior space is perfect for handling larger dishes. Whether it’s a big casserole or a full-size pizza, this microwave has room for it all. Powerful Performance: With a high wattage (usually around 1000 watts), it heats food quickly and evenly. The multiple power levels ...

My opinion of Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an older model Frigidaire microwave which served my family for close to 15 years with no problem. Basing my recent purchase on this service level there was NO question I would order another Frigidaire. My new microwave has several new features and the outside as well as interior is top quality and operates very efficiently and , I would say quieter than my previous model. Another plus was the fact that it fit perfectly in my above the st...

Works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After going through 3 microwaves in about 6 year's time, I opted for a Frigidaire, since I had been told that the brand had stepped up its quality standards. As I looked at it, I noted the apparent solidity of its latches, compared to the hook-type latches, which had failed on my last one, causing its demise. Those latches are the key to its operation, so I am being MUCH more gentle than I had been. I am pleased with it's performance thus far, ...

Quiet Basic Microwave with Easy Operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say it's a no-frills microwave bordering between average and good. I'm giving it a good rating due to how quiet it is. My previous microwave was a Kenmore that had a nearly identical chassis (shell), and that unit was loud. That one also rusted through from the inside (over 9 years), so I hope that doesn't happen to this one. The operation is easy, and it has no advanced features at all (like sensor cooking). I never used all the f...

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The micro wave is absolutely perfect. Easy to operate with instructions on the inside at eye level. And not so many whistles and bells that it’s hard to operate. I love this microwave. Wish I had purchased one sooner.

Poor packaging / Quality control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening our first microwave delivery we discovered the package had been damaged in shipping with a large dent on the upper right side of the unit. We had to re-pack and return to seller for refund. When we received the second unit we noted that the packaging was intact, but this unit also had a smaller dent on the upper right side, but this one did not interfere with the opening of the door as with the first unit. We decided to keep the s...

The Quality of Long Ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've owned four different brands of microwaves in the last ten years, three of which failed within a year for some reason. Finally, a little over five years ago, we decided to buy the Frigidaire brand. Until then, we never knew they even made microwaves. Both my husband and myself had grown up in houses with Frigidaire refrigerators and freezers. Our parents swore it was the best brand. Well, we fell in love with our first Frigidaire microwave...

We love our Frigidaire - 1.8 Cu. Ft. Over-The-Range Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the unit since Nov 22 so we haven’t had it a year yet but it is doing great! We love the quick start options for 10 sec, & 30 sec. We also use the timer function a lot! But we love the look and that it’s easy to clean as well. We just throw the glass tray in the dishwasher as needed and able to wipe the inside down with a cloth & no real scrubbing needed. So far so good & I’m hoping this unit will stand the test of time! This i...
