Very LOUD; poor return policy

Would Not Recommend

My son purchased this model for me. When I started using it, the noise was deafening. I was told it was the motor. Friedrich makes you pay to have someone come to the house to assess the problem - but that person doesn't do repairs. Then you have to pay to "let" them fix it. I feel horrible that my son is walking away from his money because of the hassle. RIDICULOUS - stay away from this product.

waste of money

Would Not Recommend

we bought this hoping to cool the downstairs while our vacation was being repaired. won't connect to blue tooth, keeps shutting off then the board is non responsive and won't let you turn it on. really a piece of crap. the good it does cool the room it's quieter then most when it runs.

I bought in May 2023 and in July 2024 I'm in the market for a new AC because this one no longer cools. Warranty sucks too, but I hear that's common.
