Clamp broken

We have bought 3 of these units. The clamp broke on all of them within a month of usage. Very poor design. Also, cannot buy a replacement clamp only. Fluke SA only offer the entire unit, not just the clamp. Fluke, we respect your other products, please improve quality of this meter. Thank you

Clamp breaks easily.

It's for the second time clamp breaks on my hand when I just wanted to use it. We recently bought a new clamp when the original one snaped half at the hinge. It could be low-quality material or a bad design.

Time Saver

This meter has saved me a lot of headaches. Makes troubleshooting so much simpler without having to interrupt a process by disconnecting wires to measure the current signals. Only Complaint is they are expensive. For the price you would think this meter would have a few more options.

Quick and easy mA readings.

I like how quick and easy it is to trouble shoot a loop without having to break the loop. Use it frequently.

Basic ammeter...Easily broken

Basic clamp-on ammeter for low voltage applications. Barely even used and a co-worker accidently dropped it from a very short distance causing the plastic hinge piece on the clamp to break...now it is useless until I buy a new clamp. Design is definitely not rugged so handle it with care!

Price too high

The product is good, may be not the best. The biggest problem is, it is priced too high. Not worth the price. Fluke should review the pricing.

Ease of use

Great product to quick milliamp checks on control loops without disrupting the process.
