I purchased both the Korky and Fluidmaster repair kits since I have two American Standard Champion 4 toilets. The Fluidmaster came with tools (not included in Korky), very helpful. The parts were solid, the tank mount screws were slightly larger than the Korky. The Korky mount screws also were poorly machined and the main washer had some small artifacts from manufacturing. Great product, except instillation guide should have been reviewed by the manufacturer as a usability test with real customers, not just engineers… steps out of sequence.

Cheap, hard and leaky tank bolt seals.
Needed a tank to bowel gasket as the old one cracked so just got the full kit and replaced everything in the entire toilet. Noticed the old one had the same brand parts but the older fluid master tank bolts had a much nicer rubber gasket. I used the new ones anyway and sure enough the new ones don’t seal so I’ll have to take it back apart to reuse the originals. See picture. New garbage on the left old quality version on the right.
