I declared war on the CRABGRASS that had invaded my lawn, and the Fiskars long handle weeder was the right tool for the job. It was easy to use with the extraction by getting to the proper depth of the root and the extraction from the ground by ergonomic handle made it easy for an 86-year-old senior gardener. Great Pulls, Terrible Durability
This thing does an amazing job pulling weeds! It is way easier and faster than pulling weeds by hand. BUT...I've gone through three of these (returns through Lowes) in less than a week. The first two broke at the internal pivot point. The third broke on the ejection shaft. I didn't think to take pictures the first time, but I did on the second two. Attached for reference.
