First Fire 13/16-in 4-cycle engine Spark plug

Don't cheap out and fall for this one

I purchased this to replace the one with the 'lifetime warranty' Lowe's sells after it failed after only one season, so I thought I'd save a few bucks and try this one since they all only seem to last a year or so. I took it out of the package, screwed it in, put the cap on it and tried to start the mower. Nothing. Tried for 5 more minutes before taking the plug back out to investigate. Hey, it's a spark plug man. I mean, it sparked and the engine went varoom varoom. What more can one ask of a spark plug.

Model Numbers

I've seen the model numbers printed on the end of the spark plug so you can see it when the plug is installed. Great feature. No need to remove it to get the #. Honestly, it is a little early to rate this product. I had just mowed my lawn, so I haven't even "used" it yet. Perhaps the request to rate a product could come later.
