Lifesaver
Our old generator died in the middle of a multi-day power outage. This was the only generator available and fortunately it comes with a power cord which I had to modify for our house, but it works. Wasn't familiar with this brand. Assembly was simple and I like the control layout. Added oil and gas and it fired right up. Worked good. Buy an extra quart of oil. It doesn't come with the quantity required. Fortunately I had some on hand as it was late and everything was closed.

Thing is junk
The unit worked good for about 30 mins then shut its self down never to restart called customer service now they want me to drive 45 mins away to take it to a repair center to have them diagnose and fix it mean while this unit was bought for a off the grid project and now I without power to finish costing me more money everyday I have to rent one til this unit is fixed

Fine product, deceptive salespeople
The product itself is fine, however, this was purchased after losing power from hurricane Helene, and the Lowes store added on the 2-year protection plan (warranty) without asking and refused to refund me over the phone. I had to go back in the store to get it refunded.

Good Power Output with Great Fuel Economy
Excellent fuel economy and great power output. Ruggedly built, nicely appointed, includes cords and service tools, cover, etc. Replaced my 17+ year old 6500 watt generator, and there's no comparison, this is a fine generator. Used this during a hurricane, worked very well.

Fuel Gauge came broken.
Powered everything except the A/C, and it lasts a long time. T.V's, wifi, 2 Freezers and 2 Refrigerators, 2 Fans, 8 Chargers. Really helped us out During Hurricane Beryl. Fuel Gauge came not functioning though.

This generator is on the louder side thats for sure. It did what it needed to do and that was to keep the lights on and the heat along with a well pump.
