These little cubes are fantastic... are they just out of stock or has Lowe's discontinued them?!?! Economical, efficient, and has no impact on smell nor flavor. They might be perfect... don't leave me hanging Lowes!

Easiest I've ever list a grill

With the purchase of a ceramic grill, it was clearly stated to not use lighter fluid and to use a natural fire starter. These fire-starters did the trick. Used in combination with lump charcoal, I used two of these and they got the charcoal going in no time. They lit easily and burned long enough to get the coals going. They do not emit any toxins so the inside ceramic will not get and "bad" flavors baked into it.

Cheaper coal starters

I got this item to replace the Weber cubes which are more expensive. I'm completely satisfied with how well these burn and get the coals going with a chimney. I do suggest using a couple not just a single one for coals, though. These have become my to-go coal starters. I'm actually planning to take these with me the next time I go camping to start the campfire going, they are quite lightweight.
