What Customers Are Saying

The air filters provide good filtration performance and improve indoor air quality, especially for those with allergies. However, some key issues were raised, including difficulties finding replacement filters, a perceived decline in filter quality and durability over time, and concerns about the high price relative to the value provided. Improving the availability and consistency of the filters would likely address many of the customer concerns.

Design and quality change

Disappointed that they changed the frame quality of these, and no longer include the black carbon pre-filter. Cardboard frame is better than plastic for the environment, but the glue sealant around the cardboard frame of the filter seems less than ideal, low quality. And with all that, the price went up anyway! I think it should have gone down with cardboard replacing plastic and no pre-filter.

Keep buying these filters!

Would Recommend

I like that fact that Lowe’s still sells these filters. Fitrete discontinued producing the actual filter units these filters fit into.
