Filtrete 16 x 25 x 4 MERV 13 1900 MPR Premium Allergen, Bacteria and Virus Electrostatic Pleated Air Filter

Measurements are off

Bought 16 x 25 x 4, went to install the filter and it would not sit in tracks on both sides. It was short of 16” (also a bit short of 25”). I ended up taping some foam to one side to both block air from going around the filter and to have filter fit in the tracks.

Good price and quick ship

The quality and price point for this filter is great as the AC maintenance guys that came and did the yearly ac maintenance was going to charge me $70 for their filter. Just as easy to pick up and get at Lowes and then put in myself!

MEASURE YOUR FURNACE

This isn't 4" tall, as the description states. It's 4.3" tall, and won't fit in my standard 16x20x4 filter housing.

It fit my furnace nice and snug like it should and I am not sneezing like before is what I have notice after installing on 04/12/26 and today upon submitting this review being 4/23/26 what a difference in my home. I only wish this item was readily available on the store shelf and not having to wait a week to get it.

Great product from a trusted brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t too familiar with the differences when it comes to AC filters but I found out that A MERV 12 is often most suitable for standard residential systems which is what we’ve been using, however this filter is a MERV 13 ! This slim version fits Lennox

Fits perfectly to replace a frame and accordion filter in our Lennox Healthy Climate Solutions HCFX20-16. Slightly lower MERV rating, but seems to be fine.
