It is both this microwave and another experience. I showed up to pick it up, though I am a little slow on new technology I was trying to find the barcode that is somewhere on my phone. A employee walked up and ask me if he could help and I started I was here to pick up my microwave. He told me I was not checked in. Not once but twice and walked away. Nice Looking but quits working

It works but it continues to have an issue that it just stops and everything is blank. It happened the first weekend I used and thought maybe it was an accident. Now it has done it a couple other times. I have never in my life had a microwave that had issues like this.

I'd been wanting a red microwave and this one is very nice but I would call it more of a maroon. It's not bright, pure red like a fire truck and the red is only on the front of it....the rest of the microwave is black which was OK w/me and I'd already read that fact in a review from another website before buying here at Lowe's. Right unit to replace old. Like the RED color. Wish inside was white and not dark gray.
