Fine for a while
Had this fan installed in 2019. Light went out and surprise: it doesn't take any type of light assembly you can get at the store. Had to contact the manufacturer to order a new light assembly So $200 fan, but $67 to replace the light when it burns out. Also very poor design with the glass globe. If it is stuck, there's nothing to grab on to to get it off.

Fan does not reverse
You cannot change fan direction with remote. The switch is not easily accessible either. The whole motorn housing needs to be removed to do so. Unless you want just downward breeze, then you're ok. I would never recommend

Went to switch the direction of the fan blades for warmer weather and the button is gone. The reverse button fell into the housing motor. Fan is stuck in the winter position in Georgia.

remote came in faulty
Bought at Lowe's. The light will turn on at random times, after some research learned it's a bad remote, common in these fans. Light will turn on randomly, anytime during the day or night. No way of bypassing the remote. Don't buy.
