Workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Flex 5" Deep Cut Band Saw is a very nice addition to my tool set. It exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and functionality. The very first day it came in handy, I used it to cut off some back thick plastic piping at my neighbors house that would have taken 10x longer if I used something else and also the cut would not have been as clean. It has a 5" cutting depth and it effortlessly cut the thick plastic as well as the wood t...

Portable band saw with good control and clean cuts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having the Flex 5" Deep Cut Band Saw is very convenient. It is cordless and portable, making it easy for me to bring the tool to the workpiece instead of the other way around. Especially for metal and some other work I do, it's much easier to bring the portable bandsaw to the place where I want to cut. The band saw has a strong and light magnesium case, which is pretty nice. The tool feels fairly well balanced and doesn't feel too heavy for wha...

As powerful as a band saw could possibly get!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a fan of Flex power tools since I first purchased their 24V power drill a couple of years back. I since upgraded several other power tools to the Flex brand since then. So when I learned that they were coming out with the new Flex 24V 5" Deep Cut Band Saw, I knew I had to be the first to get it to add to my collection. This thing is an absolute beast! It cuts through just about anything! I have used it many times this week to make c...

Powerful and lightweight battery powered saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This band saw is built like a tank but still pretty lightweight. Thanks to the magnesium body. The package contains tools and 1 band saw. There are multiple selections of band saws that consumers can purchase for different usage. Assembling the saw is pretty easy. Just need to unlock the tension lever, then slide the circular saw into the saw blade track. Make sure the saw sits properly against the rubber base before locked in the tension leve...

Portable and lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The build quality of the FLEX 24V band saw is outstanding. The sturdy construction and durable materials used give it a professional feel, ensuring it can withstand the rigors of any demanding project I throw at it. The ergonomic design also makes it comfortable to handle, reducing fatigue during extended use. One of the standout features of this band saw is its deep cutting capacity. With a 5" deep cut, it effortlessly handles thick materia...

Super fast cutting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this up and to my surprise it cuts super fast through multiple thickness's of mild steel, aluminium, ect, i had to put a new exhaust on my car and was building a stainless steel dual exhaust and bought a dyi kit that was just a bunch of bends that you cut and welded up to make fit and this saw make the job a piece of cake, first couple cuts i did with my cold saw that is made for cutting stainless steel and in the amount of time that it t...

So powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is a beast. It cuts just about everything like butter. I'm primarily using it to cut up tree cuttings, but I've used it for aluminum, mild steel, and some trim. It works every time, and it cuts in no time. It's not absolutely perfect. I wasn't super impressed with the fit of the blade covers, it fits a little loose, and leaves me feeling like it might catch and get pulled off. It also sometimes has a little too much power. When I'...

Sweet bandsaw with great power and lightweight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Flex 24V bandsaw for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with it. It's powerful enough to cut through metal, wood, and plastic with ease, and it produces clean, burr-free cuts. The variable speed trigger is also a nice feature, as it allows me to adjust the cutting speed for different materials. One of the things I really like about the Flex 24V bandsaw is its compact and lightweight design. It's small enough to fi...

Phenomenal Band Saw!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this band saw multiple times since getting it and have been impressed every time! First I used it to do a plumbing repair in my basement and it cut threw the PVC like butter. I just used it this past weekend to cut the poles for a chain link fence i was installing. Everything about it is great, the light is perfect when working in dim lighting. It's lightweight and simple to use. The best part is it is cordless and you are filling wit...
