Not that bright
We bought this to replace a light fixture over a regular mirror we had. We hardwired this mirror, and it is not very bright at all. It defiantly cannot be the only light in a bathroom. Our half bathroom is small, but this does not light up the bathroom very much. We now will have to install another light fixture above this mirror to get the light we want. We adjusted the brightness to full strength and tried the different shades of light. A lot of money for something not very bright. It looks n...

Heater option doesnt work
Bought this mirror back in July of 2024 and installed it a couple months after. Im a little late on the review but earlier this year the heater option wont turn on and on the rare times it does, it wont turn off. Its a descent sized mirror I just wished it worked like its meant to.

Won't turn off
I bought this mirror in September for a bathroom remodel. I just had this mirror installed and it will not turn off. None of the buttons work. I have emailed the customer service twice and have had no response.

Lasted 3 months
This mirror has been on maybe a total of 4 hours ever since hung. Will not light up and the area near the buttons is extremely warm to the touch. Unplugged for safety concerns and will be reaching out to the manufacturer.
