[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are in the process of building a new home. The structure includes concrete walls. Needed to add windows requiring concrete cutouts. The Evolution R230DCT made the task incredibly easy and with added precision.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I borrowed this 9inch saw from my Dad who does masonry. I installed 4x3 basement egress window for my child’s room and used this saw to cut the foundation block. It had plenty of power to cut thru the block and was easy to handle. I could easily get close enough to the block and turn the saw on its side with ease. I made cuts from both sides of the block and smoothed out the cuts once I filled the blocks in. Worked great 5/5.

Great saw for a small landscape wall project

I needed a concrete saw to cut landscape blocks - most importantly the 3" capstones. This saw is just the right size for this job and comes with a very reasonable price tag. The saw worked great and was worth the price compared to renting one for the job. The included blade was fine and made the overall cost an even better deal.

Cuts well, but it's a bit dusty.

It worked quite well, except the port to hook up a vac was not adequate. I was only cutting a 4 inch concrete slab, and it quite really well for the size of the and it being electric. I just wish dust collection was a bit better. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and would recommend this saw.

Used for cutting 3" retaining wall caps. Cuts with ease. Very pleased.

Works as expected - small and limited scope

I had this for chasing saw cut control joints in a 40'x40' slab. The main cuts were made with a gas powered 14" saw, the orange and white one. This was able to clean up high spots from saw lifts/binds to get all cuts down to depth, but clean-up cutting was about the extent of this thing's capabilities on so much concrete. It works well for doing small cuts in small pours, I added two 24-32" long 1.25" deep joints with this where the guys with the gas saw didn't put one, and they went smoothly ...

Wish the blade it came with was of higher quality. It bind a few times. Also wish there was a dust bag. The tool itself perform well.
