Terrible product, avoid, read the reviews
Product died exactly at 3 years. Customer service is terrible -- if your microwave goes bad, they will send you replacement parts and request you find a repair place and pay out of your own pocket to get it fixed. Other option is they will sell you another one of their microwaves at a "discount." Was told by customer service that their control board has "a known problem that tends to fail." Had a Breville oven that went bad after a few years and they sent me a new one, no questions asked. Avoid ...

The clock cannot be adjusted from military time.
Door closure is not smooth operating . The trim kit installation parts do not fit this unit. The instructions are written by a non english speaking technical writer and the instructions do not make any sense whatsoever. I am a residential building contractor and I am writing from experience.

Works great until it doesnt
I purchased this microwave and it lasted for about 1.5 years. I only use it once in a while so not heavily used. The screen lights up but none of the buttons work. When I tried calling customer support suggested by the company in the other responses below, I was told its out of warranty and they cant do anything. Save your money. 1.5 years and broke is ridiculous for an appliance.

Luke hot , not piping hot.
This microwave does not do what I intended when I purchased it : to heat/warm food, not yo cook. It does not heat food at a 3:00 setting.

I only use this microwave for warming—not for cooking and I does not get the food as hot as the one I replaced it with in 1 to 3 minutes. The combo feature seems good, but without strong microwave it is not. I will try with 4 or 5 minutes to get the desired hotness for my food.

Quality machine!
Purchased about a month or so ago, and I love it. The controls are simple, and it has more features than this single gal needs, but I love it. It looks great, I used the faceplate to make it look built in, and it seems like a solid piece of equipment.
