Filters are ridiculously expensive
The unit itself is great BUT the filter which you are suppose replace every 4 month costs $2.50 plus $15.95 shipping since Lowes does not sell them. So the unit 5 stars Lowes -4 stars for not supporting the stuff they sell

This vaccum/Mop meets all my expectations. I love that I can use it on all my surfaces-wood, tile & carpet. Having multiple pets, kids & lots of traffic, I am able to use very easily & not have to pull out multiple things

I bought this 3 weeks ago and have enjoyed getting to know all of the features it has. I have polished concrete and wood floors in my home. It is compact sized, very lightweight, and easy to use! The swivel head makes even the small spaces easy to clean. The mop's self cleaning feature is amazing.

VSM 6000
This vacuum works great on my hard surfaces. The vacuum then Mop options are best for my household with pets that shed & have muddy Paws. The self clean option is fantastic as I don't have to get my hands dirty and the roller gets dryer than if I had rung it out by hand. Would reccomend to anyone with kids, pets or lots of traffic flow in the house.

Combo sweeper mop
The carpet sweeper is not very good. Takes multiple passes to clean. The mop is good and does pick up debris on hardwood but the cleaning of the unit is a little more of an issue due to all the material that gets into everthing in the sweeper.
