Horrible
Got this walk in tub thinking it’d would be safer but worse mistake ever.(originally wanted one with a high seat but for our bathroom those would not fit so this one was chosen by installer an we approved not knowing we’d hate it) its deeper then the regular tub which makes getting in an out harder . The so called seat I guess is what it’s suppose to be is a joke it’s like 1 inch high with a drain down the middle so very uncomfortable sitting an even standing for shower is awkward cause your hal...

Not what we expected
First off the tub came 2.5 weeks later after we had to contact Lowe’s over and over asking where it was and they claimed it was the parent company’s fault. When it did get delivered there was actual trash in the tub and it came missing some drain parts that then our plumber had to buy because the parent company could give us a date when they could ship those specific parts.
