I have had these for a few years. They keep going offline and I cannot operate them remotely. I have to be there in person to fix them.... which defeats the whole purpose of having them. Going to replace with a different brand.

3 of 4 did not work.

Of the 4 in the pack, only one remained connected to my WiFi after setup. I left for work and my timed lights don’t work. I would NOT recommend these. They are NOT plug and play and I will be returning them upon my return home. I’m dissappointed Lowe’s even stocks these.

No longer Matter!

I have 3 of the Enbrighten Matter smart plugs was EXTREMELY disappointed to find that these are WiFi only, must be set up with an Enbighten app, which requires an account, then run through Alexa or Google Home. They're not compatible with Home Assistant except through another platform. Feels like a complete bait-and-switch. I will not be buying any Enbrighten products again in the future.
