powering house 9 months of the yead
love my ecoflow shp2, dpu set. with my solar panels installed i am offgrid 9 months of the year. the other 3 months it seamlessly switches between solar and grid. it auto charges the batteries to full when a large storm is forecast. the shp2 is the heart of everything, I have 3 subpanels, mu essentials, and my ev wired into it. through it I can turn off breakers, and monitor usage. the smart panel can be installed by any competent electrician. and everything involved qualifies for a 30% tax cred...

missing inverter
I am still here at the store to pickup the inverter and battery and panel. The curbside attendant so far has only brought out the panel and battery, but no inverter, and said that was the full set. I said it is missing the inverter, which is part of the bundle and the most important item to make this work. She went back in to look for it, and could not find it.

Spent 10 grand to be without power in my home
I wish I could give ZERO stars for my experience in purchasing directly from EcoFlow. After purchasing an EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverter + 1 Battery + Smart Home Panel 2 with installation bundled in the cost, I could never get it installed. The customer service started to text me, which struck me as odd when I had not permitted that contact method. His communication was unprofessional and unhelpful.
