This was a great light switch, easy to set up and works well with apps

Simple but effective light automation

Easy setup and simple controls. It fit perfectly into my existing double gang rocker switch plate cover. We used it to dim and automate our outside lights so they would come on at sunset and go off at sunrise.

Amazing!!

This product has been amazing! Took a little bit to set up due to 2.4 GHz internet connection but has been great ever since. I highly enjoy that it's Alexa enabled and my echo devices can change the percentage of light (dim) and turn the lights on and off.

Worked well until it didn't

Installed this for my kitchen. Mostly worked well, until it would randomly go to "sleep" and we weren't able to turn it off or on or use the dimmer - this would last anywhere from 30 seconds to 2-3 minutes where it would then "wake up" and cycle every button we pressed in frustration while it slept. Then it would be fine again for a few days or even weeks. It was annoying, but didn't happen all that often. Fast forward to today and it just up and quit working. Luckily, I only bought one of these...

This Dimmer Will Change Your Light

There is nothing about this product that is not likeable. From the instant it arrived at my home the experience has been mind expanding. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect a light dimmer to change the way I see the world.

Spent an hour trying to set up

They don’t work, tech support said it’s a problem

Okay not great

Have two of these now, purchased about 1 yr apart. Great idea, work well even with LED (might get flicker at lower voltage settings). App is ok when it works, but has a lot of initial connectivity issues which seem to be with the app itself. One suggestion would be to add a custom or even variable offset to sunset/sunrise times. Saving programs is not easy.
