Go for the Lutron
Eaton has problems with the app. I put my Christmas lights on this switch and it works for two days then stops working the tech-support claim that they had a fix, but it is still doing the same thing. The switch works. The app needs a lot of work I would spend the additional money and get a Lutron.

Worst WIFI Connected Home Device
The dimmer is the worst home connected device I have owned. Set up is horrible, keeps losing connection, instructions are subpar, and don't bother calling customer service, the only work when the rest of us consumer's are working. So don't try to call after hours, when most of us would be trying to set up and install. Save yourself the headache and pass on this one.
