Damaged customer support worthless

The pantry vertical pieces came damaged, and boxes showed no issues. Calling the 800 number of the box if pieces are damaged was worthless. I waited for 12 minutes twice and they ended the phone call before I could talk to someone.

Poor Quality and Assembly Instructions

The build quality is poor, especially considering the cost. Several shelves had large chipping around the edges. We ordered the 3 section pantry and instructions were for 2 sections. The instructions also did not include how to build and install drawers. The drawers were covered with a very thin faux wood grain vinyl that tore in several places when unwrapping. The only reason we didn't return it was that the size was a perfect fit for our pantry.

Customer service in non existent

Purchased the corner and straight wall version. Only received all my pieces for one kit. I’ve talk to my local Lowe’s and the main corporate help number. Lowe’s is acting like they aren’t accountable due to this being a product made by someone else. If you are handy, you can put this together and work for your purpose. Avoid the problem and buy from a place directly, save yourself the corporate finger pointing. Out my $830 now Insert automated response below 👇 Lowe’s

Turned out good, but some issues

It definitely takes 2 to build this pantry. Both physically and mentally to figure it out. Some instructions are a bit odd, but thanks to a great helper, we bounced things back and forth to figure things out. The end results are great, but getting there was a bit tedious in some respects. Started with a clean slate walk in pantry after we removed all old shelving, repaired drywall, and repainted.
