Great for studs

Would Recommend

It does great on studs but not so great when drilling in wood deeper that the bit. The bit wont clean out shavings and will get stuck.

Would Recommend

It did the job I asked of it. It is hard to drill straight, however. By the last joist, I was nearly going through the floor above. It probably takes some practice to really get comfortable with it. I have seen others say they broke it on the first go, so go slow with it. Overall, I couldn’t have done the job without it though.

Would Recommend

This flex drill bit will save you a lot of drywall work. My only advice is to take your time and plan. I had to go thru 4 joist with this bit and it worked wonderfully for me. Working with someone to use this will greatly help your success at boring through joist.
