The string trimmer has plenty of power, easy to load fresh string, and about the same weight as my old Echo ICE trimmer. Somehow I wasn't as tired with the EGO trimmer after Spring Cleaning the meadow in the back of my home. I felt like bumping the button on the head was not adequate to get the line to feed but I have only used it twice so we are still getting to know each other. The 4AH battery had plenty of juice to do my 1/2 acre yard.

Powerload head - Don't do it !!
Just search the internet , reddit, etc. for "Ego Powerload Issues" and you will see post after post of people who have the same problem as me. The line does not load. Ego's solution is to take the head apart and carefully clean it, which sometimes work, but not very often. For a while I could get mine to load line if I kind or pressed the bump head in a little bit while running the power load, but that does not work any more either.
