Wouldn’t buy again.
Battery is a weak point. Never lasted long; the vacuum was cared for and rarely used. Always charged properly. They’ll tell you to replace the battery. Guess what ? They don’t have any.

Will never buy dyeing again
3 family members and I bought this model and hate it. It worked for less than a year. Does after 3 min of use ever since for all of us. Filter and bin are clear so that’s not the issue. Save your money buy something better that would be a fraction of the cost anyway.

Great Until the battery Quits
This machine worked great until the battery lost its charge and then died. The replacement cost and trouble to replace the battery is absurd. The machine has been well cared for and cleaned. There are no dirty filters or blockages. Only lasted 10 minutes to use after charging it all day. Don't waste your money. There are other brands that works better with competitive pricing.

Stopped working within a year…
The faster mode stopped working then draining the charge within seconds… now the lower setting that still works keeps pulsing in and off and I e cleaned the filter as recommended I payed so much for this vacuum and I feel short changed after a year!! N n

Worked For About A Year
I used this vacuum for about a year. It started to “pulse” during use then it just pulsed about 5 times and shut off. Now that’s all it does, run, stop, run, stop, it’s useless. It’s been hanging up for about a year now and I haven’t been able to use it. Very disappointed because it was a gift.
