Upon pickup from store, the box was severely water damaged. I was allowed to open it at customer service to access it and assured that I could return if it did not work. Easy to install and it works as advertised.

Worked only 5 months
Great pump for first 5 months during peak summer season then after not using AC for a month we had a warm spell and the pump lit up warning light and popped the ground fault breaker. Shock it and emptied it to dry and it still pops the breaker when plugged back in. Guess it was money waisted on a new brand back to the old faithful black and cream colored brand
Easy install.
So far so good. It does what it's supposed to do. Pump water from the furnace to the drain some 15 feet away.
