My brine tank was accumulating a brown sludge along the sides of the tank when I added the salt. I cleaned the tank a few times but it kept coming back. I switched to Morton’s and it resolved the issue.

Needed softener salt. Product is fine. Lowe’s prices are close to double other stores. … but I was already there.

I got a beaten up water softener salt package with tape all over to plug torn package I will never order for pick up. At least from Nashville store. It looks like a used or waste package dumped on me for a full price.

Excellent Diamond crystal salt pellets are the best. Does the job of softening our hard water. Highly recommend. Jaden was our delivery guy and he did an excellent job by putting it right at our door for easy access. Highly recommend delivery service also. Give this man a bonus!

Long wait for pickup

Had ordered the items for pickup. After half an hour called the service desk to find out what happened to the pickup order. Apparently no one was bringing the softener out. Would still be waiting if I hadn’t called the service desk!

I was quite disappointed to see a lady old as me. Pushing 3 40lb bags of softner salt out to the car. Thankful a big , strong Lowe's employee walked by just in the knick of and she asked him to help us load it into the car.

My go-to salt brand/type for the softener for my home. I usually do a scheduled pickup so i don’t have to lug it around the store (i am typically buying 2 at a time). Decent price as well.
