These light fixtures are designed to save energy and lower maintenance costs. The LED tube included uses 30% less power to produce the same amount of light as fluorescent light bulbs. The LED lamp is a low maintenance solution that eliminates the need to replace wired ballasts and drivers because the power source is in the tube. Because it's LED, you will never hear the hum that fluorescent fixtures make. The tube lamps in this shop light provides bright white (4,000K CCT) light at 3,600 Lumens. EnviroLite uses quality LED chips that last for 50,000 hours of continuous use. The fixture and tube comes with a 5 year warranty. Fixtures are UL listed and can be installed in damp locations. The T8 LED tube lamp is DLC listed and qualifies for utility rebates in selected areas.

Works Great - Uses only LED Bulbs
It works nicely. Nice and bright. Did need to open it up to move the wires away from the hook holes in order to insert a hook to hang it from the ceiling. Also I thought I could replace the LED bulbs with fluorescent bulbs when the LED bulbs burn out - but with this unit you cannot. Not a problem as long as I can remember this.
