The Delta Sparrow bath fixture has a sleek, modern design that many customers found easy to install. Don't buy this head design.
The head design decreases the water pressure severely. I called Delta and all they would do is send me the exact same one. Don't buy this thing unless you like extremely soft showers.

NOT a "MULTI FUNCTION" Facuet
The description of the faucet says "Multi-Function." When referring to a tub faucet, that term is widely used, industry standard language for a faucet which allows the temperature and flow to be adjusted independently. This faucet is NOT multi-function. This is the less desirable (and typically less expensive) single-function type, similar to those found in many hotels. Bath tub faucet
The set screw falls out of bath tub faucet. Ladies with long nails be careful because they can get caught around the piece on the bath tub faucet that you pull to turn on the shower.

Looks great - head cheaply made
We had this professionally installed during a bathroom remodel and really love the look and function of it. The water pressure is great as well. However, the plastic button on the shower head that changes the flow of water broke after the 1st use (i.e. we pressed it exactly once), and now we are stuff with a sub-optimal flow of water. I would avoid getting one with the plastic button and go for something with a metal lever, which Delta also makes and works more reliably.

Pretty & Functional with a major flaw
The faucet is pretty and works well... except. If you are on a well system, go ahead and purchase the high flow Delta 73598 cartridge. The one that comes with it flows about a half gallon a minute. It took 30 minutes for my wife to run a tub of water. Super disappointing.
