ordered online, pickup package and it sat in dining waiting to be replaced. major incident occurred and now February am waiting looking in bag to give to plumbers and the only thing there arevthe three diverters. so much for blind faith in lowes.... Just gone.... Posting a picture of a blank cause that's what I got...

Replacement for a 30 year old one
After 30 years, original started leaking so figured we couldn’t get the lifetime guarantee on the original one so found that this fit the exact same way and so, so easy to replace. No leaks and happy us! If you are replacing the same spout - highly recommended as it was incredibly easy with out the need for any tools - couldn’t believe that but it was true - just unscrewed the old one (we did try to clean it and reuse it but leaked like crazy) so purchased the replacement and so easy.

annoying
A friend replaced my tub spout with this one without consulting me. I hate having to hold my hand under the running water to turn on the shower. And you have to turn it until it actually catches, and suddenly sprays water on the back of your head. Hate it! (If you cant tell, the mouth of the spout has to be pulled down and turned to swith to the shower)
