Drain doesn't work as intended

I returned the bathtub drain stopper because it would not remain closed after being depressed. The drain stop is spring loaded and when the spring is depressed it would not lock to remain compressed, keeping the drain closed. Never installed since it was obvious right out of the package it was a defective item.

Quick fix

If your tub drain has a plug similar to this...one that seals and unseals when you step on it... and yours is worn out and/or ugly with age,then this is your quick fix. There are several versions of this item...almost identical--except that the thread on the bottom comes in a few different sizes. Love the concept, just not working smoothly

This was our second bathtub stopper like this, I love the concept, because you are not placing a stopper in the tub or losing it somewhere, so that’s great! Unfortunately, the spring inside just isn’t doing the trick. Our old one that we originally had worked for years, so we will be trying another brand.

Finicky

After installed, it would get stuck on the closed position. You had to work and hold your mouth just right to finally get it to pop back open. Too complicated for something that should just open and close. I swapped it out for another brand.

tub stopper

This replacement stopper for a tub worked perfectly. It comes with 2 different size screws to fit any tub drain. This stopper works great from the start push it in to plug the drain and push it again to release it.

Garbage

Made of the cheapest material. Broke while installing it. Now it’s stuck and I have to hire a plumber to help me remove it...and still replace the drain. Stay far away, do not buy.

Got assistance to find a good and reliable stopper for my mother. She was elated and will buy more to replace the others in her home. Mission Accomplished!!!

Pop up tub stopper

Installed this little jewel in about 2 minutes, works perfectly. Just check the thread size of the old unit first, they are not all the same.

Not for old tubs

I have an old tub and this doesn't work in it. Might be I need a special order stopper. Nice looking stopper just didn't work for me/.

Tub stopper

Works as well as the original provided with the house. Great value for a replacement stopper.
