Order was to be delivered Aug. 14. As of Aug. 21 I still have no product. 2 Calls to Lowes Customer Service provided only a PO# and offer of refund. Email and 2 calls to DR/Generac offered only a "we will look into it", call the warehouse, etc. and call you back. No call backs. No product. No tracking #. Nothing. Can't review a product with no product. I am basically getting the run around. Question is, why?

Purchased a DR Trimmer Mower PRO SKU:TR45097DMN in April 2023, my second Trimmer mower. My first DR Trimmer mower was purchased in 1997, used on 10 acres of land for trimming trees, fences and ditch. I made a modification to the first trimmer with the addition of a bottom shield to keep grass/moisture out of the belt drive hardware and a plexiglass grass deflector for the trimmer head. After three motors, belt and wheel replacements, it seemed the right time to purchase a new trimmer/mower...

Engine won't stay running

Sputtered several times before we finally got it to start but the engine immediately dies. Brand new out of the box and can't use it because it won't stay running. Help line gave us a standard troubleshooting list but nothing worked. New product shouldn't need to check for clogged air filter or blocked fuel line, etc. No easy way to get it fixed.
