DK2 4-ft x 8-ft Steel Utility Trailer ( 1450-lb Capacity )

Good for the price!

Works fine for light duty. I use mine to haul a light plastic boat. One problem - I hit the support link, then the manuals link, I then see a list of trailer with alleged PDF download buttons next to them. I selected the MFT 4X8 linkk and get error code 404. I tried PDF tabs for other trailers and they seem to work fine. I was looking for some infor to give me the axle sizw for this trailer in case I ever need to replace it, due to a spun/welded bearing.

Technically not a trailer

Owners manual says do not exceed 45mph. How can they advertise this as a even a trailer kit. Welds are junk, one was overhanging too much to fit it together. I ground it flush and it was completely bubbles inside. Wiring is chewed apart after less than 5000 miles in about 10 places, still haven't found where else is broken, only have one light working correct. Overall junk, but will probably haul all your crap once if that is worth a thousand bucks to you.

Solidly built, good quality, easy to assemble.

This is a solid little trailer and should last for a while. It was easy to assemble, and I really like the metal decking. I hauled a full load of junk to the dump an hour after completing assembly. It was easy to assemble taking about 3 hours (taking my time and enjoying a drink in the process). Not too difficult to assemble. Really like the uniqueness of how it’s stored vertically!

Good little trailer, leaves some to be desired in the quality department

I bought this trailer 10 months ago and use it pretty frequently. My biggest complaints are definitely the paint on the bed has flaked off and it's starting to rust, as well as a few of the bolts. The fenders are leaving something to be desired as well, one of them broke off today while I was driving and it looks like it fatigued from bouncing so much

Good Utility Trailer for a Tesla Model Y

This trailer works extremely well with my Tesla Model Y. It's a good kit and easy to assemble although the assembly video (as of late 2024) had a few instructions that were out of date and could the video could use a refresher. Also, it would be nice if the center bolts that keep the trailer from folding while in use, used a wing nut or some easier way to allow the trailer to be folded without the need of a couple wrenches.

Make sure Lowes signs the Title of Origin

I'll break it down into three areas. First The trailer itself is of good quality but the instructions to put it together leave a lot to be desired. Best to watch a YouTube video to assemble. The instructions call for assembling the trailer with it on its back. There is no way you can roll the trailer over and not damage the fenders and such.
