DEWALT Flooring Knee Pads

Buy another make

I like DeWalt tools but not these. Used for less than a month on linoleum floors, easy use, pin for upper strap came off, useless without pin.

Problem staying up

Wife bought these fo me to replace ones I recently lost. I wear them when kneeling in shorts to protect my knees from brick and other rough terrain. I found a “trick” to keeping them up. Take the top strap and instead of crossing it behind your knee, cross it in front of your knee first then go behind the knee and across the front to the other side. They stay up well that way. The first crossover helps keep the strap high above the knee thereby “pulling” upward on the pad rather than just wrapp...

Waste of money

Used twice, diyer not contractor ,won't stay up,strap pin popped out of fabric..not impressed

Best I've tried yet (not a professional)

Bought 3 pairs in time, and they seem to go down in quality at every iteration. Strap pins now pop out. Very disapointed because if it wasn't for the pins popping out, I could still use them :(

Do not stay in place

I just picked up a pair of these hoping they would be good knee pads. Used them for a day and they do not stay in place when moving around from kneeling and standing. Very unhappy with these, won't buy another pair

Slips down and will not stay on knee

They will not stay in place is the only issue... Velcro strap in center will not keep them on my knees. IMO there should be Velcro accompanied by an anchor hook to provide positive traction to keep these in place. I am an athletic fella with skinny legs so that may be the problem but overall they do not work for me.

Horrible

Velcro can't last in the construction field one month and they don't even stay on very disappointed

1 week and fabric tearing at velcro

The padding is the excellent. The last pair I owned lasted 2 years. Not sure if they made changes, but the fabric tore near the velcro after only one week of use.
