These Bits Are Trash

I've used these bits only a few times - and only bought them on recommendation from my brother-in-law, who's a general contractor. I'm sorry to say it, but these are trash. Not good quality, and as my first DeWalt product, I'm not impressed and will not buy anything else of this brand. Nor would I recommend this brand at all. Same problem with adapter and with the poor magnets in these bits. Do not buy these and go with something better and more reliable.

Do Not Buy

Both times that I have used the adapter that holds the bits in this set it was necessary to put the adapter in a vise and use an adjustable crescent wrench to pound the bit loose ... I would have returned the whole set if it was not for the plastic packaging that is destroyed by just opening it up to get to the contents. Frustrating ! ! ! Do NOT purchase !

One of my most useful purchases this last year. Fits perfect in pouches, readily available, and light weight. Any additional bits I need that weren't included fit right in the small lock case on the inside.

havent had any issues or broken bits out of this set so far. i like how this set comes with a smaller compartment for any loose or extra bits you want to keep with it that way everythings not moving around loosely or falling out when you open it.

Complete garbage

I'm a journeyman electricity works in a commercial environment. Bought this kit last night, tip didn't last 2 hours on the job. I do not buy DeWalt cordless drills or drivers anymore because of this reason and I made a mistake buying anything to Walt because my experience has been that they always break and it's just not very well made. If you're home improvement Weekender it's fine but if you actually work in a real environment go to something else and save your money.

Impact Driver Bit Set

Excellent set of impact drivers. I like the hold which locks in the tips, and you have to pull back on the end of the chrome piece to release the tip. I have lost many tips before purchasing this set. I recommend this set to anyone who works with tools.
