DEWALT 8-in Indoor/Outdoor Jobsite Fan, Battery Powered, in Yellow

Nice fan, check the box first

Product was an online clearance item ordered for store pickup. Item was previously opened, as contents were misaligned and bulging. Did not include a 5ah battery, but instead had a 4ah battery. Callled Lowe's and was informed I could only return the item, as they no longer had replacement. Ultimately kept the fan, as the deal was pretty good, but still not happy Lowe's couldnt offer any other way to make my purchase intended whole.

Great fan, great price

I actually got here because of the sale price. I have two of the first version of these 20v fans. They're enormously handy, and the better version months a lot more air. Genuinely a good deal at full price, but in this case they've added a 5ah battery and charger and then cut the price in half.

Powerful fan for the DeWalt tool family

This variable speed fan is built tough and has good runtime. especially with a larger battery (the extra battery weight makes it more stable too). It moves a surprising amount of air for a fairly standard 8" fan setup (blades are actually about 7" across). The fan is a bit pricey on it's own, but combined with the 4amp charger and 5Ah battery. even though not PowerStack, the deal becomes more palatable. This would make an excellent gift for a DeWalt user as well!

Only took one hour to fully charge & ran all night

Unbelievable! Fully charged in one hour; turned it to about speed 5 for about 30 minutes then turned it down to speed 2 which was perfectly comfortable to me for my bedroom. Ran from 10:00 p.m. until 7:30 a.m. I took it to work with me to recharge it (Power was still out after the storms). It completely recharged in less than 30 minutes. This battery operated fan was a total lifesaver ! I even went on the Nextdoor Neighborhood site and told my neighbors how amazing this fan is. The only one hour...

Super long running and quiet. Also pretty strong

Bought for a recent camping trip. On a lower setting, the included 5AH battery ran over 30 hours!!! Higher settings are powerful enough, lower settings are quiet. The speed control is great having such a wide range of settings to choose from.

Best value/ Meets my needs

I had previously purchased a dewalt bluetooth speaker and was shopping for a drill battery to use it on the go at work. I found this amazing deal that comes with a 5ah battery with battery charger included at a lower cost than the fan tool itself! Its very quiet and surprisingly powerful on the lowest setting. This product is very well-made.

This product it great. I use it everywhere especially when I go out for a ride and I take my dogs with me, they love having the fan in the car with them. I’m hoping to get another one soon. This product is very well-made and the battery last very long. The first time I turned it on I had it on high for 4 to 5 hours the second day I put it a little lower and it stayed on for about eight hours. It’s just wonderful.

Unsure… time will tell

Have not opened yet. Bought because of the sale price. I owned the cordless fan before and it was not a great experience. Praying this will be a different outcome.

Portable fan

Pricey, but I bought it on sale. I like it because it is not huge. I wanted a portable fan that I can use outside where I have no electrical outlet. I also liked that it came with the battery and charger. It has variable speeds.

Quiet, powerful fan that sips batteries.

Great, quiet, powerful fan uses little battery. The first time I really used this fan was during a camping trip and it kept me cool and dry in a single wall tent after a thunderstorm. It ran all night with the supplied 5ah battery and still had power left over. Only wish you could plug it in and charge the battery too, like the jobsite radio. Otherwise, it is exactly what I needed.
