[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First Dewalt I got, present from Dad 10 years ago when I bought my first house. I've used this drill for much more than it was designed for. Adapters to give it a bigger chuck hole, metal plates, whole room renovations for a start. It was the only battery tool I had, and it got used all the time. It's taken tumbles off ladders and roofs onto dirt and concrete. It's still together, still working as well as the day I got it. And I still use it ...

Fabulous Drill . . .
Purchased about 10 years ago . .DCD710 . . .couldn’t ask for more. Lightweight, compact, and the batteries are both still working just fine! Have gone 9 months without being used and they still have charge in them. Recently used for hours on end doing a roofing job; it lasts a good 90 minutes before needing a battery change. The fast charger always has me at the ready with the backup battery.
