Incomplete Package and can’t get the missing piece
Incomplete package- not all of the pieces are included as pictured and neither Lowe’s or the vendor will provide the missing piece. I wouldn’t order anything complicated or expensive from Lowe’s again

Looks beautiful, well made with quality components. I love everything about how the two heads work and couldn't be happier with our shower system choice.

So far so good
Bought two systems one has been installed, great pressure. the handheld is ideal for clean up after showering.So far so good. A little pricey though.No problems with the plumbing install. Wish i could give it 4.5 stars because of the price.

Incomplete shipment
Ordered for my contractor to install while redoing 2bathrooms in our vacation home. Order was marked as complete but then discovered the shower bar and wand were back ordered. He had to guess where to put backing to mount it on the new shower install. Now waiting 10 days for it to arrive, then I have to drive 360 miles round trip to mount it myself. Really poor communication from delta.
