Great video, Poor Reliability
I'll start with the biggest draw back. The reliability of this system is awful. My house is not large (about 1500 sq ft), and half of the cameras struggle connecting. If they do connect, they record maybe 5% of the time and then have a recording error so you have no video majority of the time. Rebooting the NVR does nothing, and more than half the time requires unplugging it to fully reboot the system. The system is so buggy and unreliable as to make having a security camera useless. I couldnt figure out the APP setting - it is a big challenge in my age. Therefore, I contacted the Crystal Vision technical support, nd they scheduled out the phone call for me. I got the phone call exactly at the scheduled time and completed my set up. It only took 10 minutes for seeing the remote view. The support guy also kindly guided me how to use all those feature. All the features and quality are great, and Im very happy with it.

100% Junk. Terrible Customer Service
Received< installed bit system wouldn"t recognized hard drive. Crystal Vision simply refused to help at all. I'm surprised Lowes would even sell their products. Waste of Money!!!

Haven't been able to access through laptop
The Program that you download for a pc or laptop doesn't work. Support is working with me but at this time after 2 wks haven't had any luck getting it working. It works great with my smart phone but I would really like to access this through my laptop.
