Defective/cannot get through to company
It seemed to be of cheap construction so I didn’t use it for a while after purchasing. When washing the crock I noticed a huge defect in the bottom that was glazed over during manufacturing. I couldn’t risk using it. I’ve tried numerous times to call and could not get through. The email form would not allow me to complete. So disappointing since my old crock pot was great. I doubt if I will be buying anything else from this company.

Poor quality
I purchased 2 of the 8 qt crockpots. I bought a 6 qt crockpot about 25 years ago, and it cooked without no problem. I would put my food in the 6 qt crock pot and I could leave home for a few hours and come home to a wonderful aroma in the house. Both of the 8 qt crockpots are a nuisance. Within a couple of hours of starting to cook my food, the contents are boiling...and that is on the low setting. I am afraid to leave the house when I am cooking in one of the 8 qt crockpots.
