Must be faulty
I use crock pots all the time to cook meals so I don’t have to stand over the stove for hours or while I’m out working. I bought myself a gift because I like the color of this new set and the mini pot it comes with. This crock pot was somewhat expensive and I’m disappointed because it’s faulty. The ‘high’ light never goes off even when I click to cycle through. I set dinner to warm and the warm light was lit as well as the high light. No matter what level of cooking you choose, it only cooks on high, even if you choose warm it cooks on high. I have a friend that bought exactly the same model and it cooks the same.

Burns everything
This unit burns everything and has no true temperature control. With minor use over the course of a year, it started burning everything. It boils liquid even on the keep warm or low settings. Extremely disappointed.

Good for overnight recipes
