Caught Fire During First Use – Returned for Refund

I purchased this fryer for my food vending business and used it for the first time at an event. I followed the instructions, filled the oil to the indicated fill line, and used a new propane tank and new cooking oil. After only a couple of orders, the fryer caught fire unexpectedly. The fire became serious enough that the local fire department had to respond. Thankfully no one was injured, but the fryer could not be used again. Damaged and poor customer service

This was damaged right out of the box. I jad to use it because I was in a cruch for time and had to feed 70 people for a week. After the 1st the paint around the burners flaked extremely bad and the handle on 1 of the baskets melted. It actually fried very well thought but for over $200 I think it shouldn't be damaged that soon after use. I contacted customer service and they offered me a gift card for 10% of the price to keep it so I would get a $21 gift card. Not satisfied at all with that!

It just like it shows in the picture I love it lol

I like the setup on the picture so I order it it felt a little difficult for me but after I went back and re read everything it was easy

Great product and easy to put together well packed

Excellent for cooking fish, hush puppies and fries.Made cooking a lot easier and faster excellent product.

Nice burners… But….

The burners were nice and the perfect height, making them comfortable to use. Unfortunately, the aluminum pans arrived with dents, which was disappointing. Overall, the burners were great, but the damaged pans affected the experience.

Works great and easy storage!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for frying easy to use and clean up!! Sturdy structure and materials not to heavy or to light great for the patio grilling area. Love the design and foldable shelves for storage would have loved some lids for storage, but that is easily maintainable.

Awesome fish fryer

I bought this fish fryer because it seemed like a very well built setup they could handle capacity for doing a bigger fish fry with family and friends-- and it didn't disappoint! Sturdy, worked great, and lots of capacity. Shelves fold down for storage which is nice too. I like the 3 basket action too. Nice way to split things up. Get it!!

Satisfied with my purchase. Great Price & Quality.

Meets all needs for family and large crowds, assembly was not complicated.
