The plastic just doesn't hold up
I liked this ladder for the first 2 uses. Loved how compact and easy it was to use, but I'm 180lbs, well below the 300lb limit, and the round plastic on the bottom run cracked by the 3rd use. I can jerry-rig it when needed, but it definitely doesn't work right anymore. Disappointed.

When fully extended, I get all green indicating its safe to use. When I put weight on one side it collapsed and I fell off. I thought it was user error so I tried to extend it again, ensured full extension and it happened again. Don't but
Compact Ladder
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the telescoping element of this ladder—it makes it far easier to store when not in use. It opens with ease and has very clear indicators that each rung is locked in place and safe to use (green=locked). The 10.5ft height makes it ideal for outdoor use. I was able to easily climb onto my roof to blow leaves, but I did need assistance from another person to hold it steady whilst climbing up and down; this is why I gave it 4 stars in...

Very handy ladder!
This is exactly what I needed for loading storage containers onto the roof rack of my Jeep. I can lean the ladder up against the rack and get high enough that I can see what I'm doing to tie everything down. The ladder telescopes up easily and retracts all buy itself when I release the locking sliders. Collapses down small enough to fit behind the seat. It's light enough to carry around, but heavy enough to feel stable when in use.
