Mfg. is cheap and their crew is not well trained.

All of the wires going to the homes service panel are random length, not consistent. The wires coming from the 2ea 220v breakers are too short to reach the top circuits in my Main breaker box unless the EmerGen box is tight up against the Main breaker box. Stop being so cheap and add a little length to your service wires. Make those wires all the same length because you don't have a clue where your customer is going to place them in the Main breaker box.

Much better built than most panel boxes. Easy install if you panel box is surface mounted. Rugged. It should give you the option of a 90 degree or straight 1 1/4 liquidtite connector. The 90 degree connectors are expensive and hard too come by. I improvised. I used a 4 by 4 by 4 junction box to transition into main panel and mounted the switch lower than I would have liked. Excellent item. Well designed and well constructed. Has #2 20 amp 240 circuits which can be used for well pump, oil burner etc. Each can be split into #2 20 amp 120 units as needed. Comes with most of what you need, except for wire to connect from inlet to this transfer switch. Can't say enough about the great tech support.
