I ordered one freezer which was delivered July 15th & was charged for two. Despite many phone calls, I haven’t received a refund for the additional charge.

Damaged merchandise

Customers be aware of the lack of communication. I have ordered items through lowes in the past and never received Damaged merchandise. Is attractive and does its job quietly.

Whole sales and delivery experience was great. Didn't expect but Lowe's delivery put in place, unwrapped and applied power. Started cooling quickly and only job was to load and monitor inside temp. I like black exterior smooth paint on the door, logo, and black seal which releases air momentarily when it closes which is great feedback because a major complaint of taller upright freezers like this is poor-fitting doors and seals. crap freezer not even a one star. had to choose 1.

received and would not cool. spent several days trying to get it to cool. finally just put food in it. lost about 400.00 worth of food. talked to the local store and they said if we would bring it in they would take it back. nope got it there and they backed out on taking it back. buyer beware of buying a major appliance on the app. we are out 800.00 not including the gas to drive to try and unload this massive paperweight.

Make sure Lowe’s delivers and set up the appliance

No one told me fed x was going to deliver my freezer. I had remove the card board set up the freezer my self . I thought Lowe’s would deliver and set up for me . I am a senior citzen and it hard to lift and move and set up by myself. Very disappointed here. I hope no one else get stuck doing this by themselves.

Nice Freezer

I’ve been looking for a black upright freezer for a while that wasn’t to big, I really wanted 7 cubic feet but settled for this 6 cubic feet model. It’s a nice upright freezer, I like that it has 5 shelves, and seems to have a good seal around the door and so far no signs of frost build up which is a definite plus. I have only had for a few weeks so I can only say that so far I ready like it and that it works well!

Says Freezer but will not freeze!!!!!

bought online and shipped by FedEx. so we left it unplugged for 24 hours. plugged it in and it would not cool down. put food in it. seemed to be better but after 24 hours the food has thawed out and it is not freezing anywhere. buyers beware. there is no return option for this brand and model.

Never received the item

I never received the item due to it being damaged in transit. Then had to wait 20 days to get a refund to purchase a new one do not buy from this buyer. The seller never contacted me not once offered to send me a new one or anything like that buyer beware.
