A Bit Dinged Up

The small freezer seems adequate for our extra space needs. It works well and seems fine. It is not huge but will hold a good amount. We took out one of the shelves for some taller items. Although it was supposed to be delivered in 5 days, in reality it took 9 because it came from California to Missouri. The freezer had a substantial dent on the side and two other smaller dents. The packaging was quite flimsy, just a box and some thin styrofoam. I took the dent pictures to our local Lowe...

Dead after 18 months

Good when it worked. 2.8 cubic feet isn't that big when it's vertical like this. Mine died at 18 months after purchase. And just finding out it has only a 1 year limited warranty. (really for a freezer???)

horrible service

wow what a mess. lowes didn't send over my address to fedex to deliver the package so it just sat at fedex for days. I am supposedly getting it tomorrow but who knows. hope this product didn't get destroyed in its time at the FedEx center.

On line order to Battle Creek store

2.8 cu ft upright freezer have a dent dent on counter of door. Had to reorder an other. Staff at BC store helpful in reordering another.

Bad delivery service

The product itself is very nice. Love the little freezer. You had fedex deliver it and they just dropped it in my rock bed and left. Never knocked on the door or rang the bell. Someone could have stolen it.

Its small size for a small area.

I like because for a single person it has just enough room for frozen meat and vegetable that I need when cooking for myself.

Reliable, wish they sold a stand for it.

Arrived on time, plugged it in an it works great. Would recommend this one.
