Great Heat Sorce.
This pellet stove is very quiet and heats most of my home. The only thing that I'm disappointed about is that when the guys installed it something happened to the temp sensor and now it just reads Err on the screen where it was supposed to be the temp.

Came broken, bad quality control
This thing came new with a broken POF sensor. I guess that is why they give you two. The pellet hopper shape doesn't allow for the pellets to automatically fall towards the auger as they are used and you have to micromanage the pellet hopper manually or it will stop feeding. The control panel bracket came mismounted with a screw missing. Very expensive purchase to have such bad quality control and workmanship/engineering.

Don’t recommend
After 3 tries to get this installed and functioning, I ended up returning it. It would not stay going and when I called someone out to try and work on it no one wanted to work on the brand saying they are mass produced and the parts are hard to get. After hearing that it was a no brainer to return.
